Truly miracles do happen; the sun actually did shine in Seattle. I have a friend who started a U Dub and returned home to LA after a year that he said in the rain only ceased 4-6 days and two people in his dorm jumped off the Space Needle. Maybe the rain's duration is an exaggeration, but winters must be gruesome due the PacNW weather patterns that exclude the sun for weeks. Enjoy the moist air and stay safe.
